The previous Product Update brought new additions to conditional formatting, namely for value label text and backgrounds. We didn’t stop there, and in Combo (v1.12.30.0), Combo Bar (v1.12.29.0), and Timeline (v1.11.26.0), we’re bringing yet another new way to use conditional formatting that will enhance your data storytelling capabilities – Outline Conditional Formatting.
Once enabled, you can choose Lower, Middle (optional) and Upper colors and opacity values that will be applied to the series outline depending on your selected conditions. You can enter a custom number or dynamically calculate the values (Min, Average, Max, Percentile) by referencing the same series or a different series.

It is worth noting that while Unreal Tournament 99’s inventory is the smallest of the four we’ve showcased in this section, the way players interact with it makes it the one most tied to the core gameplay of the game it’s in. Skyrim comes close, but the flow interruption from the game being paused while in the inventory unfortunately removes about 10 points from Hufflepuff. Whenever I see an inventory pause the game, I fondly remember how Dead Space turned the inventory into an in-game UI and still allowed you to be disembodied by enemies!
Since we spend so much time in our inventory, sorting, arranging, and examining, it’s important that an inventory system operates logically, that it’s visually pleasing and lets us quickly identify what we’re carrying, and is easy to use (or even complicated to use—but in a satisfying way).
Fresh items from the update
The Sims 4 base game just received over 70 new Create-A-Sim (CAS) and build mode items. These updates include two new hairstyles (with some variations for existing styles), modern doors and windows, and even a brand-new kitchen set. The kitchen set, complete with a surprising addition of a fireplace, is already being touted as the best in the game.
